Purpose of the position:
The Recruiters are primarily responsible for overseeing the requirements from the business and souring the new candidates. Recruiters should have an understanding on all levels of the full-life cycle of recruitment and takes full accountability of the requirements.
Experience: 1-2 years (Non-IT Recruiter; Leadership Hiring)
Education: MBA in HR (Mandatory)
Location: Bengaluru (Work from Office)
Key responsibilities of a Non-IT recruiter may include:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for Non-IT roles, focusing on bulk hiring and leadership positions.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Should have experience in job portals like Naukri and LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and provide recommendations to hiring teams.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive networking and relationship building.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
