Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with strong expertise in SAP hiring. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in recruiting across SAP functional, technical, and leadership roles, with a solid understanding of SAP modules and the ability to partner closely with business, delivery, and leadership teams to meet hiring demands.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End SAP Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for SAP rolesfrom requirement understanding to offer closure
  • Work closely with practice heads, delivery managers, and leadership to understand hiring needs
  • Drive hiring for lateral, niche, and leadership positions

SAP Hiring Expertise

  • Recruit for SAP roles including (but not limited to):
  • SAP Functional: FICO, MM, SD, PP, QM, PM, HCM, SuccessFactors, Ariba
  • SAP Technical: ABAP, ABAP on HANA, CDS, OData, Fiori
  • SAP S/4HANA: Consultants, Leads, Architects
  • Cross-functional / Leadership: Solution Architects, Delivery Leads, Project Managers
  • Strong understanding of SAP modules, project types (Implementation, Rollout, Support), and experience levels

Sourcing & Screening

  • Source candidates using LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, vendors, and internal databases
  • Conduct in-depth screening discussions to assess:
  • SAP module expertise
  • Project exposure (ECC vs S/4HANA)
  • Implementation vs support experience
  • Client-facing and consulting experience
  • Ensure high-quality profiles are shared with stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in IT/SAP consulting firms
  • Strong hands-on experience in SAP hiring
  • Solid understanding of SAP modules and role expectations
  • Experience working in fast-paced, consulting-driven environments
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously

Good to Have:

  • Experience hiring for SAP S/4HANA transformation projects
  • Exposure to global or multi-location hiring
  • Prior experience in SAP Partner / System Integrator organizations
  • Knowledge of contractual and niche SAP hiring
