the position

To provide a quality and highly efficient support to the Randstad UK business to support with defined Mid Office responsibilities. To forge relationships with all parties, including key internal stakeholders.

priorities for the role include:

compliance

. Responsible for the timely onboarding and clearance of candidates across Randstad UK

meeting all legal and client contractual requirements

. Monitor and update and report on ongoing compliance for candidates currently engaged in

assignment through Randstad UK

. Provide updates on candidate clearance pipeline, and ongoing compliance candidates statuses

. Communication with candidates through systems and phone to obtain compliance

requirements

. Building relationships with talents and internal stakeholders, providing an excellent service to

all customers

. Provide advice and guidance regarding compliance to candidates and internal stakeholders to

improve the pace of candidate clearance

. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of any legislative and contractual compliance requirements

and changes

. Excellent voice skills - will require direct contact with talent in a few cases

. Data mindset - manage talent pipeline and clearances through effective use of all available

data

. Reporting and feedback - utilise available information to provide updates and feedback to the

mid office management team and internal stakeholders

. Drive and tenacity - driven to achieve deadlines required to clear talents for placement with

Randstad UK clients at the appropriate cadences

. Target orientation - ability to work to and meet call, activity and clearance targets required for

the designated role or specialism
