Job Purpose
The Talent App support role support talent through a digital journey from Randstad App download to hire. Working to expand the volume of ready to work talent by delivering a premium talent experience, underpinned by exceptional communication, active listening, and understanding of talent needs.
Key accountabilities
Talent readiness
Proactively support Talent through every phase of the onboarding process from initial sign-up to achieving work ready status.
Provide active technical guidance and hands-on support to ensure the successful download and initial configuration of the Randstad app.
Talent Communication and Support
Manage and maintain effective communication with talent across various digital and direct channels, specifically including telephone calls, live chat, and email correspondence, to ensure a highly responsive and seamless support experience.
Technical and User Support
Acts as the first point of contact for app troubleshooting and technical support related, resolving common issues efficiently
Identifying and escalating complex technical issues to the appropriate internal teams for resolution, ensuring minimal disruption to t he Talent journey.
Continuous Improvement and Feedback
Capture, document, and provide feedback on common issues and pain points related to the digital experience.
Share insights to inform and drive continuous improvements for the wider Talent experience.
