We're looking for a Full Stack Associate Software Engineer with at least 1 year of hands-on experience who is comfortable working across mobile, frontend, and backend systems. You will build and ship features end to end. From mobile UI to backend APIs.
This role is ideal for someone who already understands the basics and wants deeper exposure to production systems in a fast-moving startup.

What You'll Do
- Build and maintain mobile applications using React Native
- Develop and integrate backend APIs using Node.js and NestJS
- Work with frontend and backend teams to deliver features end to end
- Translate UI/UX designs into functional mobile and web components
- Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code across the stack
- Integrate applications with REST APIs and backend services
- Work with databases like PostgreSQL using ORMs such as Prisma
- Debug issues, optimize performance, and support testing efforts
- Participate in code reviews, standups, and technical discussions
- Follow best practices for code quality, security, and scalability
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience as a Full Stack or Mobile Engineer
- Good understanding of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
- Experience with React Native and Expo or bare workflows
- Working knowledge of Node.js and NestJS
- Basic experience with Next.js or React for web is a plus
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL and relational database concepts
- Understanding of REST APIs and backend integration
- Experience using Git/GitHub
- Willingness to learn and take ownership
Nice to Have
- Experience working in startup or product-based teams
- Exposure to authentication and authorization (JWT)
- Familiarity with deployment, CI/CD, or cloud platforms
- Experience building or maintaining production apps
