Associate Software Development Engineer - Automation & Platforms

Role Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze logs for Windows, VMware, and Hyper-V systems to proactively identify and troubleshoot issues
• Execute resolution steps using KEDB, validate outcomes, and document actions in the ticketing system
• Escalate unresolved or complex issues to L3 SMEs and coordinate with third-party vendors for effective resolution
• Maintain process compliance through accurate documentation, shift handovers, and SLA monitoring

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science (UG), with PG as an added advantage
• Certifications: OS 201, Windows Server Administration, VMware 201, Virtualization Fundamentals
• Experience in kernel patching and adding storage based on DB needs
• Proficiency in scripting for automation of system monitoring and performance optimization
