Senior Lead - Business HR

Role Responsibilities

1. Monitor and troubleshoot Windows, VMware, and Hyper-V environments.
2. Perform kernel patching and implement storage changes as per requirements.
3. Automate monitoring tasks using scripting.
4. Ensure compliance with process and SLA standards.

Job Requirements

1. Graduate in Engineering or Science.
2. Certification in OS 201, Windows Server, or VMware fundamentals.
3. Strong understanding of clustering and NLB.
4. Experience in antivirus tools and scripting for automation.
