Job Description
We are looking for a highly analytical and result-oriented SEO Candidate to drive organic growth across key business pages. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in on-page SEO, technical SEO, content optimization, and data analysis, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies that impact traffic, leads, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute on-page SEO initiatives including meta optimization, internal linking, content structuring, and page-level improvements
- Perform technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues related to crawlability, indexation, site performance, and Core Web Vitals
- Implement and manage structured data (schema markup) to enhance search visibility and rich results
- Drive content optimization for landing pages and blogs to improve rankings, engagement, and conversion metrics
- Conduct content gap analysis and keyword research to identify new growth opportunities aligned with business goals
- Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs
- Build regular performance reports and dashboards; derive insights and recommend data-driven actions
- Work closely with content, product, and tech teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across workflows
- Track competitor strategies and industry trends to continuously improve SEO performance
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–7 years of hands-on experience in SEO, preferably in a high-growth or performance-driven environment
- Strong expertise in:
- On-page SEO
- Technical SEO audits
- Content & blog optimization
- Schema implementation
- Content gap analysis
- Proficiency in tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush or Ahrefs
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with large datasets
- Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis)
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and SEO-related technical implementations
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with large-scale or multi-domain websites
- Understanding of international SEO and multi-geo strategies
- Familiarity with crawling tools such as Screaming Frog or Sitebulb
- Knowledge of Core Web Vitals and page speed optimization
