Our client roster includes some of the biggest brands across verticals ranging from BFSI, FMCG, Media & Entertainment, etc. The employee strength across 3 locations in India is around 700+ digital marketeers. About the Role: To help a client achieve their online marketing goals through Search Engine Optimization. To contribute towards the strengthening of the entire SEO community within Performics.

Responsibilities:

• Handling on page & off page SEO activities for multiple clients
• Understand the business of the client
• Analyse a website from an SEO and Technical perspective
• Perform a through keyword analysis for the site
• Make an On Page Optimization incorporating the various on page elements involved in SEO
• Get the on page optimization report implemented
• Formulate a link building strategy for your projects
• Analyze the progress of your site using various analytical and webmaster tools
• Tweak the on page and off page optimization depending on performance
• Keeping abreast with the latest updates in Search engine Algorithms
• Keeping abreast with the latest happenings in Google Analytics Platforms and Google Webmaster World
• Sharing your research with the entire team
• Handling the day to day activities of your link managers
• Communicate with Clients and Update them on the progress of their project

Qualifications: BE, B.Tech (or Equivalent Degrees) + MBA (preferred)

Required Skills:

• 2 to 4 years of experience
• Active Experience in working with Search Engines and Good Technical Understanding

Preferred Skills:

• Good Understanding of HTML
• Capable of Comprehending Web technologies such as PHP, ASP, Java
• Should take a keen interest in Search Engines and their Algorithms
• GAIQ Qualification (if present, will be taken into consideration)

• Excellent written and Spoken English
• Good Communication Skills
• Good Interpersonal Skills
