- Understanding client requirements actively on calls along with business lead and convert them to actionable steps.
- Ability to absorb requirements shared in documentation-be it word or excel.
- Get involved with business for implementation of new reports
- Review and enhance existing reports by fine tuning execution plans for effective report delivery
- Gain understanding of current database and reporting architecture
- Adopt best practices to ensure replication and delivery at scale
- Conform to internal TAT standards and exemplify collective ownership with an eye for detail
- Mostly important-ability to learn and evolve within the organization as a business intelligence solution & implementation associate
Requirements
- MBA/BE with strong software engineering background.
- Familiarity with Advanced SQL, in any format, be it Transact-SQL, MySQL, PL/SQL, etc.
- Ability to fine tune complex queries and read execution plans is a plus
- Familiarity with any programming language is a plus, be it- JS or Python
- Some evidence of working with excel is mandatory.
- Existing experience in Financial Services, Banking, Investment Banking and alike industries
- Interest to evolve into Data Engineering, Business Intelligence Solutions role
