Key Responsibilities
- Identify and visit new B2B leads (retailers and distributors) to expand the customer base
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and high satisfaction
- Train and manage field associates to achieve daily targets and maintain professional standards
- Track sales performance using MS Excel, analyze trends, and report progress to leadership
- Negotiate with clients using strong communication skills in English and Hindi to close deals and finalize terms
