Job Description

  • Customer Acquisition:Proactively acquiring new current account customers in a designated branch area to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Sales Strategy:Developing and implementing sales strategies, including catchment mapping and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Customer Engagement:Interacting directly with potential customers to understand their needs and explain the features and benefits of current account products.
  • Relationship Management:Building strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
  • Activation:Ensuring newly acquired customers are registered and activated for direct banking channels.
  • Cross-selling:Capitalizing on customer relationships to identify and grow additional revenue potential.
  • Support:Assisting the Sales Manager with feedback and other sales-related activities.
