About the Role

You will speak to students (and often their parents) who are about to make a huge life decision, guide them to the right home, and close the booking. This is a target-driven role for someone who loves the chase, cares about the customer, and wants their earnings to reflect their performance.

What You'll Do

- Own a pipeline of qualified student leads and convert them into confirmed bookings

- Understand each student's needs: city, university, budget, room type, move-in dates

- Recommend the right properties and guide students through the entire booking journey

- Consistently hit (and beat) monthly conversion and revenue targets

- Keep your CRM clean and your follow-ups sharp

- Work closely with presales and operations to make every student's experience smooth

What We're Looking For

- Excellent communication skills in English, persuasive but never pushy

- A genuine target-driven mindset, you find hitting numbers satisfying

- Empathy: you are often talking to a nervous student or an anxious parent

- Ability to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups without dropping the ball

- Prior B2C sales, edtech, study abroad or real estate experience is a plus, not a must
