As we scale our flagship programs in Contract Drafting, M&A, Litigation, Technology Law, and Generative AI for Lawyers, we are expanding our Sales Team to bring our courses to thousands of legal professionals across India.

We're looking for driven, learner-focused, target-oriented Sales Associates with prior Ed-Tech experience who can guide lawyers and students to the right learning pathways.

If you understand high-ticket B2C sales, have worked with counselling-based selling, and love helping learners growBR is the place for you.

• Manage inbound leads and counsel learners on suitable BR programs
• Conduct structured phone consultations to understand user goals
• Convert leads through need-based selling (no cold calling)
• Work cross-functionally with marketing & operations
• Achieve monthly revenue targets and maintain CRM discipline
  

• 12 years of Ed-Tech sales experience (B2C preferred)
• Strong communication and a consultative selling approach
• Ability to explain course value clearly and convincingly
• Target-driven mindset with high ownership
• Experience with CRM tools
