About the Role
Acunor Infotech is hiring high-potential fresh graduates who are sharp, intelligent, and possess excellent communication skills to build a career in US IT Recruitment. This role is ideal for individuals who are quick learners, highly driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Comprehensive training and mentorship will be provided for candidates who demonstrate strong aptitude and attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for US IT requirements using job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess communication, role fit, and candidate readiness
- Learn and support the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing → submission → interviews → offers)
- Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS and internal trackers
- Follow up with candidates and support interview coordination
- Meet daily activity and learning benchmarks
Eligibility & Requirements
- Any graduate / postgraduate (IT background preferred but not mandatory)
- Excellent English communication and articulation skills (mandatory)
- Sharp thinking, strong learning ability, and high attention to detail
- Confident speaking with candidates and stakeholders
- Willingness to work in a performance-driven environment
- Strong work ethic, discipline, and ownership mindset
