About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented PMO professional with 3–5 years of experience to drive project governance, track progress, and ensure timely delivery across initiatives. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, mitigating risks, and enabling efficient project execution through structured processes and data-driven insights.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and track project timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and milestones while collaborating with cross-functional and globally distributed teams across geographies and time zones.
- Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Drive governance frameworks, ensuring adherence to project management standards, processes, and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across geographies to ensure seamless execution and communication.
- Identify project risks, issues, and bottlenecks, and proactively implement mitigation plans.
- Analyze project performance metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvements.
- Lead project planning activities including scope definition, resource allocation, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and ensure effective sprint execution.
- Ensure comprehensive documentation of project plans, processes, and reports for audit and reference purposes.
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance to enhance team productivity and performance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within PMO processes and tools.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to interact effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Proven experience in managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and globally distributed teams.
- Demonstrated leadership and team coordination skills.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, or similar).
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (dashboards, reporting, data analysis) and MS PowerPoint (executive presentations).
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies.
- Ability to identify risks proactively and drive mitigation strategies.
