1) Minimum 5-10 years MS SQL Server Administration and preferably 2022 V11 experience required2) Perform regular database maintenance activities by following internal processes (data loads, data fixes, schema updates, database copies, software installs, upgrades and patches)
Running daily database checks
3) Technical knowledge of High Availability (HA), Disaster Recovery (DR) for SQL Server4)
Experience with back-ups, restores and recovery models, standby, backup and large database management, compression and partitioning for SQL Server5) Strong Knowledge of database concepts, performance tuning, security, proactive monitoring, and problem solving and analyzing traces using various tools 6) Ability to automate Database Administration tasks using Ansible/Shell/Perl/Python
7) Experience working with Windows server, including Active Directory8) Assisting developers with query tuning and schema refinement
9) Providing 24x7 support for critical production systems
Performing scheduled maintenance and supporting release deployment activities after hours10) Knowledge of operating system scripting and clustering
11) Experience with MongoDB/PostgreSQL and other database technologies is a plus
