Associate - Project Management

About the Role:

We are seeking a young and dynamic Associate – Project Management to manage delivery of consulting engagements for Government and PSU clients. The role involves managing end-to-end project delivery, ensuring high quality and timely compliance with client requirements as per project plan, reporting and governance thereby driving strategic outcomes for planned interventions.

• The role includes 5-day work from office (Gurgaon), and travel within India (project onsite, client locations)

• Contractual role -6 months, renewable based on performance.

• Preference given to candidates from/ based out of Delhi NCR.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end delivery of HR projects that align with strategic objectives, from planning through to implementation.

• Work closely with cross-functional internal stakeholders including IT, marketing, operations, and external partners to deliver projects on time and within budget.

• Manage and execute the entire project lifecycle, from planning, execution, monitoring, closure and reporting, ensuring high-quality & on-time deliverables.

• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.

• Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders and clients, effectively communicating project goals, progress, and outcomes.

• Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations for senior stakeholders.

• Drive innovation and process improvements in project execution, optimize processes for better efficiency and effectiveness.

• Develop and manage forecasts, and reports for the HR initiatives, providing regular updates to client and senior management. 

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience of 1-4 years, preferably in similar role.

• Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or any related field. Master's degree or MBA preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal skills

• Ability to think and execute methodically.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
