Role Overview
We are looking for a process-driven Associate Program Manager from a non-technical background to manage and execute monetization-focused programs and campaigns. The role requires hands-on experience across sales, operations, and marketing, along with strong stakeholder management and project execution capabilities.
The candidate will be responsible for managing calling teams, coordinating cross-functional execution, ensuring smooth rollout of campaigns, and driving operational efficiency through data-backed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Lead and manage multiple Sales / Pre-Sales / Calling teams to execute campaigns and on-ground activations.
- Monitor daily team performance against productivity, conversion, and quality metrics.
- Ensure adherence to scripts, processes, and campaign KPIs.
- Align team performance with overall business and monetization objectives.
Campaign Coordination & Execution
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Technology for seamless campaign execution.
- Manage vendors and external partners involved in campaign delivery.
- Act as the single point of contact for operational escalations during campaign execution.
Process Optimization & SOP Management
- Create, implement, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Identify bottlenecks in execution and drive process improvements to reduce turnaround time (TAT).
- Ensure consistent and scalable execution across campaigns.
Data Management & Reporting
- Track campaign performance and team productivity using Excel / Google Sheets-based MIS dashboards.
- Maintain accurate documentation of execution milestones and performance metrics.
- Prepare detailed reports and insights for senior leadership review.
Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely issue resolution.
- Manage expectations and ensure adherence to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 25 years of experience in operations, campaign execution, program management, or a similar role.
- Proven experience managing Sales, Pre-Sales, or Telecalling teams.
- Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, dashboards, MIS tracking).
- Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong process orientation with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2C or B2B calling operations.
- Exposure to on-ground campaign execution or field operations.
- Experience in cross-functional roles combining strategic planning and operational execution.
