Job Description

Role Summary

This role supports business operations, data management, and execution planning for Bhanzu's offline centers. The candidate will streamline business and financial data processes, ensure accurate tracking, and assist in planning and executing new center launches.

Key Responsibilities

Data & Operations Management

  • Maintain and streamline business, operational, and financial data across systems.
  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and organization of all reporting dashboards.
  • Track performance metrics and flag deviations proactively.

Execution & Center Planning

  • Support planning, timelines, and coordination for new center launches.
  • Track progress across workstreams (marketing, sales, operations, infra, hiring).
  • Ensure all checklists, documentation, and dependencies stay on schedule.

Process & Tracking

  • Create and manage trackers, reports, and project documents.
  • Follow up with internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Identify bottlenecks and escalate issues when needed.

Requirements

  • 12 years of experience in operations, data management, business analysis, or planning roles.
  • Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets, dashboards, and basic data analysis.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
  • Ability to coordinate across teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Success Metrics

  • Accuracy and reliability of business & financial data
  • On-time execution of new center launch plans
  • Quality of tracking, reporting, and operational organization
