About The Role-
We are looking for a dynamic Associate Program Manager to join our team at Newton School of Technology. In this role, you will focus on identifying and solving day-to-day operational challenges in the growth domain. The ideal candidate will excel at uncovering bottlenecks, implementing immediate solutions, and establishing scalable processes to ensure smooth admission operations and exceptional learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities-
- Identify and analyze day-to-day operational challenges in the admission funnel and team efficiency.
- Develop and implement solutions to resolve immediate issues and enhance operational efficiency.
- Work closely with teams to uncover bottlenecks and create streamlined workflows.
- Set up scalable processes to support the learning ecosystem as the organization grows.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
- Track the effectiveness of implemented solutions and refine them using feedback and data insights.
Requirements-
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field. (MBA Preferred)
- 2-3 years of experience in Program Team, Operations Manager, or similar role.
- Strong problem-solving skills with focus on execution and delivering results.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in designing and scaling operational processes.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Excel or other analytical tools.
- Knowledge of educational processes or EdTech is a strong advantage.
