We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to support the design, delivery, and evolution of Scry AI's enterprise AI platforms by translating customer needs and business goals into clear product requirements.

Role Overview

As an Associate Product Manager at Scry AI, you will work closely with senior product managers, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to help build scalable, user-centric AI products. You will support requirement definition, feature prioritization, and execution tracking while gaining hands-on exposure to the full product lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and building products that solve real enterprise challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Product Discovery and Requirements

  • Translate business requirements into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Maintain and refine product documentation, PRDs, and feature specs

Execution and Delivery

  • Work with engineering and design teams to clarify requirements and support sprint execution
  • Track feature progress, dependencies, and timelines across releases
  • Assist in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release coordination

Stakeholder Collaboration and Insights

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to understand market feedback and adoption challenges
  • Analyze product usage data, feedback, and support inputs to identify improvement opportunities
  • Support internal enablement with product notes, demos, and release documentation

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • 13 years of experience in product management, business analysis, consulting, or a related role in a SaaS or technology environment
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and GTM
  • Comfortable using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Notion, Figma, or similar
  • Basic understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Is curious about how complex products are built and scaled
  • Enjoys breaking down ambiguous problems into structured solutions
  • Communicates clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Is eager to learn, take ownership, and grow into a full product management role
  • Wants to help shape enterprise-grade AI products that deliver real business impact
