Key Responsibilities :

Define and refine product roadmaps, features, and priorities aligned with company objectives.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews to identify product opportunities.
Work with engineering teams to translate requirements into user stories and detailed product specifications.
Create and manage ClickUp sprints and monitor progress across cross-functional teams.
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure high-quality product releases.
Analyze product performance, adoption metrics, and user behavior to recommend improvements.
Collaborate with the AI and analytics teams to enhance data-driven decision-making in product development.
Work with clients and analysts to understand pain points and convert them into actionable product insights.
Prepare weekly and monthly product performance reports for internal and client reviews.
Create and maintain product documentation, agile task distribution, and training material.
Act as a bridge between business, technical, and AI teams, ensuring clarity and alignment.
Participate in roadmap discussions and contribute to the vision of AI-driven automation and agentic intelligence within Mark8IQ.

What We Expect

1 to 3 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or SaaS-based product environments.
Strong understanding of e-commerce or digital marketplace ecosystems.
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
Excellent understanding of Agile methodologies (ClickUp, Jira, etc.)
Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, SQL, or BI tools (Power BI preferred).
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts or experience working with data science teams is a plus.
Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and manage multiple priorities
