Job Description: Associate Product Manager – Core Platforms
The Associate Product Manager – Core Platforms will contribute to the execution and evolution of our core platform and customer-centric products that power multiple in-house and customer product experiences. The role operates at the intersection of product thinking, program execution, and cross-functional coordination, ensuring clarity, momentum, and alignment across complex initiatives. This role requires strong engagement with Engineering, Data, Design, and Business teams, along with the ability to translate ambiguous problem statements into structured, execution-ready product artifacts. This is an ideal role for someone who is high-agency, detail-oriented, analytically curious, and eager to grow into a strong product leader.

Key Responsibilities
Product Requirements & Product Thinking
- Translated high-level business discussions into structured requirement notes, feature briefs, and lightweight PRDs.
- Clarified ambiguous problem statements by thinking through user journeys, edge cases, system behaviors, and downstream integration touchpoints.
- Partnered with senior Product Managers to refine scope, validate feasibility, and align delivery with product intent.
- Applied structured product thinking to scope definition, sequencing, and execution trade-offs.
- Surfaced risks, assumptions, and alternative approaches proactively during planning discussions.
Program Execution & Delivery
- Supported execution across multiple parallel platform workstreams ensuring predictable delivery.
- Managed timelines, dependencies, and cross-functional follow-ups across Engineering, Data, and Design teams.
- Maintained strong execution hygiene in JIRA — clear scope articulation, acceptance criteria, and accurate status tracking.
- Identified bottlenecks early and coordinated resolution to reduce delivery friction.
Data & Analytics Collaboration
- Worked with Analytics teams on metric definitions, experiment tracking, and feature performance analysis.
- Used SQL (basic–intermediate) to validate dashboards, experiment outputs, and data discrepancies.
- Leveraged data insights to support prioritization and outcome assessment discussions.
Required Qualifications
- MBA from a Tier 1 institution
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable technical or analytical field
- Strong understanding of product development lifecycles, agile execution, and cross-functional delivery models
- Ability to understand and reason about complex product flows and system interactions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High ownership mindset with strong follow-through and attention to detail
Desirable Attributes
- 1-2 years of experience in Product Management, Program Management, or similar execution-focused roles
- Exposure to fintech or large-scale B2C ecosystems
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, BigQuery, Mixpanel, Tableau, or Metabase
- Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders
- Natural inclination toward proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement
