We're looking for an Associate Product Manager who is curious, analytical, and excited about building products that users love. This role is ideal for someone early in their PM journey who wants hands-on exposure across the full product lifecycle - from problem discovery to shipping and iteration.
You'll work closely with engineering, design, analytics, and business teams to help define problems, ship features, and measure impact.
Product Execution
- Assist in defining product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Break down problems into clear, executable tasks for engineering
- Support feature launches from ideation development release iteration
User & Market Understanding
- Help gather user insights via data analysis, feedback, and research
- Analyze user behavior, funnels, and drop-offs to identify opportunities
- Track competitors and industry trends to inform product decisions
Data & Metrics
- Monitor core product metrics (activation, engagement, retention, conversion)
- Build and maintain dashboards or reports (SQL / Sheets / BI tools)
- Support experimentation (A/B tests, feature rollouts, success measurement)
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with designers on UX flows and wireframes
- Coordinate with engineers to clarify scope, edge cases, and trade-offs
- Partner with business/ops teams to ensure smooth go-to-market execution
What We're Looking For
Must-Have
- 12 years of experience in Product / Tech / Analytics
- Experience writing PRDs, user stories, or product specs
- Comfort working with data (SQL, Excel, Google Sheets)
- Strong problem-solving and structured thinking skills
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical teams
- High ownership mindset and attention to detail
- Familiarity with analytics tools (CleverTap, PostHog / Mixpanel / GA / Tableau etc.)
- Experience defining product events, funnels, cohorts, and success metrics.
- Prior exposure to SaaS, consumer apps, marketplaces, or creator platforms
- Understanding of APIs, databases, system design. Ability to read API docs and collaborate with backend teams.
- Prior Software Engineering experience is always a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum processes
