Key Responsibilities:
Prompt Engineering & AI Quality:
- Design and refine prompts for resume screening, interview evaluations, and hiring workflows
- Identify failure points in AI outputs and experiment with improved prompting strategies and rubrics
- Continuously iterate to improve accuracy, fairness, and decision quality
Evaluation Frameworks & Metrics:
- Build structured evaluation frameworks to assess candidates across roles and experience levels
- Curate and maintain high-quality datasets as ground truth for AI evaluation
- Compare AI-generated outcomes with real hiring decisions to measure accuracy
- Define SOPs for updating evaluation criteria as hiring standards and technologies evolve
- Develop repeatable methods to track performance, accuracy, and bias
Candidate Experience:
- Analyze interview journeys to identify friction points and improvement opportunities
- Design and enhance features that deliver a seamless, human-friendly interview experience
- Engage directly with candidates to gather feedback and champion experience improvements
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Translate ambiguous problems into clear product solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship impactful product improvements
- Balance technical constraints with human and ethical considerations in hiring
