Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented
Associate Product Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teamsincluding design, engineering, marketing, and operationsto build user-centric solutions that enhance our global mobility platform. You'll be a key player in defining product features, gathering user feedback, and helping shape the future of our digital services.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business and user requirements.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Work with engineering and design teams to turn requirements into wireframes, user stories, and product specs.
- Analyze product performance using data-driven insights and suggest improvements.
- Prioritize features and maintain product backlog with a clear rationale for business impact.
- Ensure seamless communication across teams to meet product development goals.
KPI (Key Performance Indicators)
- Timely delivery of product milestones.
- Customer satisfaction and engagement metrics.
- Product adoption and usage rates.
- Reduction in user complaints and support tickets.
- Quality and clarity of product documentation and user stories.
Eligibility
- 2 4 years of experience in Product Management or a related role (internships count!).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Figma).
- Passion for technology and global mobility solutions is a strong plus.
