As an Associate Product Manager at AssetCues, you will play a pivotal role in connecting customer needs, business goals, and technical executionensuring our product delivers real value to both users and the company. This role is ideal for someone who is equal parts analytical, customer-focused, and execution-oriented.

• Prepare and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including:
• Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)
• Functional Specifications
• User Manuals and Training Materials
• Release Notes and Change Logs
• Coordinate with engineering to ensure clarity of requirements.

• Deliver product training sessions for internal teams (sales, support, onboarding).
• Create and update learning resources for partners, customers, and end-users.
• Maintain a knowledge base and onboarding material for scalable learning.

• Serve as the go-to expert for product-related questions from internal and external stakeholders.
• Act as a liaison between customer-facing teams (sales, support, implementation) and engineering to resolve product issues or feature clarifications.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews
• Validate feature implementations and coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
• Convert feature requests and BRDs into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with Product Manager to understand business value and priorities

• 2-5 years of experience in product management in a B2B SaaS or enterprise tech company.
• Skilled in product training
• Strong documentation skills and experience writing functional/technical specifications.
• Demonstrated experience in cross-functional team collaboration (Engineering, Sales, Marketing, CX).
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Familiarity with agile development processes and tools (e.g., Jira).
• Bonus: Experience in ERP, Fixed Asset Management, Finance/IT domains.
