Key Responsibilities
- Own and improve the customer journey across the website and digital touchpoints
- Work on website enhancements including UI/UX improvements, page optimization, funnels, and conversion
- Collaborate with SEO and marketing teams to build SEO-friendly product features and content structures
- Analyze user behavior, funnels, drop-offs, and feedback to identify improvement opportunities
- Write clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Support product launches and feature rollouts from ideation to go-live
- Conduct competitor and market research in D2C/ecommerce space
- Coordinate with designers and developers to ensure timely and quality execution
- Continuously bring a customer-first mindset in all decisions
Required Skills & Experience
13 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in:
- D2C brands
- E-commerce platforms
- Consumer internet products
- Hands-on experience working on:
- Websites (product pages, landing pages, checkout flows, CMS, etc.)
- SEO fundamentals (on-page SEO, structure, content optimization, metadata)
Strong understanding of:
- Customer journeys and funnels
- Conversion optimization
- Basic analytics (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Hotjar, etc.)
- Ability to write structured product documents and communicate clearly
- Strong problem-solving and execution mindset
Customer-First Mindset (Must Have)
- Obsessed with user experience and clarity
- Ability to think from the customer's point of view before building features
- Comfortable validating ideas through data, feedback, and usability thinking
- Passion for making products simpler, faster, and more intuitive
Good to Have
Experience with:
- A/B testing tools
- CMS platforms (Webflow, WordPress, Shopify, etc.)
- Agile/Scrum methodology
- Exposure to growth funnels and SEO-led acquisition
- Startup experience
