The ideal candidate is an analytical team player who will be responsible for leading a team of high performing individuals who own the entire product lifecycle from strategy to evaluation. You will also work cross-functionally to complete product roadmaps and discover new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute the product vision and multi-year roadmap aligned with business goals and market trends.
- Regulatory & Compliance: Collaborate closely with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure products adhere to KYC, AML, GDPR, and other relevant financial regulations.
- Feature Prioritization: Manage the product backlog, making tough trade-offs between technical debt, regulatory requirements, and new feature requests.
- Market Analysis: Conduct competitive research and stay ahead of emerging trends in Open Banking, DeFi, AI-driven credit scoring, or real-time payments.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the central hub between Engineering, Risk Management, Sales, and Customer Support to ensure seamless product delivery.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Define and track KPIs (e.g., CAC, LTV, churn, transaction volume) to measure product health and identify areas for improvement.
- User Experience: Work with UX/UI designers to simplify complex financial workflows, ensuring a high-trust, frictionless experience for users.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 1- 3 years of Product Management experience, specifically within Fintech, Banking, or Insurance.
- Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of financial ecosystems (e.g., payment gateways, ledger systems, core banking, or brokerage operations).
- Technical Literacy: Ability to discuss APIs, cloud infrastructure, and security protocols with engineering teams.
- Analytical Rigor: Proficiency in data tools (SQL, Tableau, or Looker) to perform deep-dives into user behavior and financial performance.
- Agile Proficiency: Extensive experience working in Agile/Scrum environments using tools like Jira or Linear.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
