About The APM Role


You will work across the full product lifecycle and help us build a strong product knowledge layer around what we ship. As part of a small, fast-moving team, you'll get to collaborate with founders, product, sales, marketing and customer success teams.

Responsibilities

  • Go to customer calls, analyse product usage data, and work with Support/Success to uncover pain points and opportunities.
  • Write concise PRDs and create wireframes that explain the problem, desired outcome, scope, and success metrics.
  • Track product performance/usage through dashboards and propose iterations/improvements based on real usage
  • Support product launches with clear internal documentation and release notes.
  • Partner with Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to ensure they understand what we're shipping and why it matters.
  • Support product solutioning for key merchants. Map their subscription needs to our current capabilities. Propose setups and workflows that maximize LTV and minimize churn.

Ideal Profile

  • 1-3 years of experience in a product, product-adjacent, or analytical role(e.g., product analyst, biz ops, consulting, UX, engineering, or growth).
  • Strong structured thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working with data on Excel and SQL
  • Excellent written and verbal communicationespecially in turning complex workflows into simple explanations and docs
  • High ownership mindset, diligent, and growth-driven
  • SaaS experience preferred but not required
