What You'll Do

  • Facilitate the creation of Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders within Coupa.

  • Manage order receipt, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

  • Work closely with the infrastructure team to coordinate procurement needs and resolve order related issues.

  • Maintain vendor relationships by addressing order discrepancies and ensuring seamless transactions.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

  • Lead procurement administration efforts, with a strong focus on Coupa.

  • Partner with Legal and Security teams during new vendor onboarding to ensure business requirements are met from the outset.
