What You'll Do
- Facilitate the creation of Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders within Coupa.
- Manage order receipt, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Work closely with the infrastructure team to coordinate procurement needs and resolve order related issues.
- Maintain vendor relationships by addressing order discrepancies and ensuring seamless transactions.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Lead procurement administration efforts, with a strong focus on Coupa.
- Partner with Legal and Security teams during new vendor onboarding to ensure business requirements are met from the outset.
