Strong expertise in handling Finacle interfacing requirements, including custom and product APIs, Connect 24, and Finacle Integrator.
Proven experience in direct client interactions for requirement gathering and solution discussions.
Strong understanding of Finacle Product Architecture & Customization layers.
Expertise in Finacle customization flow, including: New custom menus, Reports (MRT & Jasper), Batch job customization, Product menu customization, Finacle Integrator (FI) enhancements, EOD-BOD process debugging
Strong hands-on experience in Oracle (SQL, PL/SQL, Stored Procedures, Triggers, Functions) within Finacle applications.
Proficiency in Finacle scripting, Unix shell scripting, and report designing.
Experience with Finacle Integrator and its feasible enhancements.
Strong Finacle Core Banking functional knowledge.
Solid understanding of banking domain concepts and terminologies.
Finacle certification from Infosys is an added advantage.
Experience in Finacle CRM and Admin module (FINFADM/SSOADM).
Hands-on experience in best coding practices, security standards, unit testing, and documentation.
Experience working in Agile methodology.
Ability to ensure the quality of technical and application architecture and system designs.
Strong research and benchmarking skills to evaluate technology against best-in-class solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Understanding the clients business use cases and technical requirements and be able to convert them in to technical design which elegantly meets the requirements.
Mapping decisions with requirements and be able to translate the same to developers
Identifying different solutions and being able to narrow down the best option that meets the client's requirements
Defining guidelines and benchmarks for NFR considerations during project implementation .
Writing and reviewing design document explaining overall architecture, framework, and high-level design of the application for the developers.
Reviewing architecture and design on various aspects like extensibility, scalability, security, design patterns, user experience, NFRs, etc., and ensure that all relevant best practices are followed
Developing and designing the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements; and defining technologies, patterns, and frameworks to materialize it .
Understanding and relating technology integration scenarios and applying these learnings in projects
Resolving issues that are raised during code/review, through exhaustive systematic analysis of the root cause, and being able to justify the decision taken
Carrying out POCs to make sure that suggested design/technologies meet the requirements .
