Associate Portfolio Manager

• Manage real estate portfolio strategies across APAC regions for global clients

• Develop scenario-based portfolio optimization plans for cost reduction and efficiency improvement

• Conduct lease vs. own analysis using financial models like cash flow and NPV

• Track critical lease events and initiate timely lease renewals, exits, or renegotiations

• Coordinate with brokers to identify space requirements and negotiate lease terms

• Prepare transaction documentation including business cases, offer letters, and financial reports

• Maintain lease compliance and ensure adherence to contractual obligations

• Monitor market trends and provide benchmarking insights to clients

• Prepare rent budgets and cost optimization analysis for client portfolios

• Support transaction execution and ensure adherence to JLL process frameworks

• Analyze portfolio performance and identify risk mitigation opportunities

• Prepare regular reporting on portfolio status, savings, and transaction outcomes

• Engage with clients to align portfolio strategy with business objectives

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for seamless transaction execution

• Support leadership with regional reporting and client presentations
