Role: Associate – Outbound Voice with Sales process, Lead Generation, Activation & Retention.

Work-Life Monday to Saturday, Fixed Day Shifts (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM or 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM). Alternate Saturdays and Sunday

This is an Outbound Sales role focused on a consultative, customer-first approach. · Lead Generation & Sales: Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell top-tier banking products like Credit Cards, Loan, Insurance. · Customer Engagement: Handle inbound queries, ensuring customers receive accurate information and exceptional service. · Activation & Retention: Focus on customer retention and activating new services. · Market Insight: Collaborate with teams and share valuable market feedback.

Education Details Minimum Graduation (Any Stream) is Mandatory.

Communication Good command of the English language.

Experience Freshers are welcome! OR Candidates with minimum 6 months in BPO/Tele-sales/Customer Service.

Age 18 to 32 years.
