We're hiring a Associate Manager - Operations (Control Tower) to drive operational excellence across Vahan's supply-demand ecosystem.
This is a high-ownership, high-impact role at the center of our day-to-day operations, where you'll use data to identify gaps, solve system/process breakages, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure speed, stability, and scale.
What you'll do
Daily Operations & Data Analysis
- Analyze daily operational data to identify anomalies and performance gaps
- Build and maintain dashboards, trackers, and reports for key control tower metrics
- Convert insights into clear problem statements and action plans
Process Design & Improvement
- Define, document, and improve operational processes with Demand & Supply teams
- Drive root-cause analysis for recurring issues
- Support rollout and adoption of new processes
Control Tower Governance
- Track performance against targets and SLAs
- Ensure clear ownership, timelines, and accountability for action items
- Share regular updates with leadership on risks, bottlenecks, and progress
Stakeholder & Issue Management
- Act as the coordination layer across Demand, Supply, Product, Tech, and Business
- Proactively flag risks with strong data-backed context
- Drive closures with long-term, scalable fixes (not workarounds)
What we're looking for
- Strong analytical skills; ability to work with structured & unstructured data
- Hands-on with spreadsheets; SQL/BI tools preferred
- Experience managing multiple workstreams with strong execution rigor
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication
- Structured problem-solving and a bias for root-cause thinking
- Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Experience
- 25 years in Operations / Program Management / Analytics / Consulting or similar roles
- Experience in marketplaces, logistics, supply chain, or high-volume ops is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or related field (preferred)
