Associate Manager - Projects

Role Responsibilities:

• Proactively monitor system logs and perform troubleshooting in Windows, VMware, Hyper-V environments.
• Investigate system issues to locate root causes and implement resolution steps, ensuring issues are tracked and updated in tickets.
• Escalate unresolved or complex issues to L3 SMEs and support third-party vendor coordination for resolution.
• Ensure process compliance by gathering information, preparing reports for shift handovers, and updating tickets as per the defined process.
• Follow and execute the Escalation Matrix, ensuring timely resolution and SLA adherence.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science (UG); Postgraduate preferred.
• Certifications: OS 201, Windows Server Administration, VMware 201, Virtualization Fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience in kernel patching, storage management for databases, and antivirus management tools.
• Proficiency in scripting for task automation and performance monitoring.
