Responsibilities
- Partner with regional sales leadership to build a high-performance, values-driven culture
- Drive end-to-end HR cyclical activities / processes to enable an engaging work environment
- Lead regional talent acquisition: manpower planning, hiring, onboarding, and internal mobility
- Ensure optimal workforce strength, quick backfills, and improved diversity hiring
- Support people planning and implement development actions aligned with business priorities
- Manage performance lifecycle: goal setting, reviews, appraisals, feedback, and IDPs as per HR calendar
- Drive employee engagement & communication, including pulse surveys and action planning
- Act as an employee champion by resolving frontline concerns and strengthening connect
- Lead R&R programs and engagement initiatives to boost motivation and retention
- Enable capability building through structured learning and training effectiveness tracking
- Support change initiatives and continuous improvement in the sales function
- Manage HR MIS, reporting, and ensure timely HR operations and admin support
- Oversee third-party workforce processes
Qualifications
PGDM / MBA in HR, with 3-6 years experience as HR Business Partner.
