Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with the Customer IT department on the deployment and
  • maintenance of voice network technologies.
  • Installing, configuring, and maintenance of Pbx/Voip systems .Attending to service
  • requests through remote/onsite .
  • Performing diagnostic tests and repairs, as well as developing data archiving,
  • backup, and retrieval procedures.
  • Documentation of the Site details /Performance certificates
  • Develop Customer relationships
  • AMC follow ups and closure
  • Keeping in touch with the current trends

Qualification Requirements:

  • . Bachelor's degree in Engg, information technology, or similar.
  • Avaya experience if available would be an additional bonus
  • Experience 1- 2 years in telephony Pbx/IP
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Willingness to travel to client locations.
