we currently have an opportunity for Operations – Associate Manager profile with INVOICEMART (A Subsidiary of Axis Bank) at the Thane location.

INVOICEMART (a subsidiary of Axis Bank) is a national level online platform which facilitates financing of Receivables of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) from buyers through financiers. TREDS is in the business of opening accounts, uploading, accepting, discounting and settlement of Invoices and Bills of Exchange by way of Factoring and Reverse Factoring and provide such other services as permitted by the RBI from time-to-time.

Invoicemart is an online receivable discounting platform for facilitating the short-term financial transactions in a smooth and efficient manner among the financers, buyers and sellers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Onboarding for Corporate Buyer, Financiers, MSME Vendor as per the internal policy.
• Negative and Customer Due Diligence check as per AML policy.
• Tracking of repayment from buyers on due date and sent intimation to customers.
• Handling & closure of customer requests within TAT.
• NACH Settlement Process-NACH registration & daily settlement Process.
• Handling Internal and External Audit and closure of Audit Points.
• Knowledge about Video KYC, CERSAI registration and CKYC records
• Automation and improvement for Operational Process.
• Manage Video KYC (VKYC) process for customer onboarding.
• Candidate should know any one language: Marathi, Gujarati, Telugu, Kannada
• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in operations or customer onboarding (freshers are also encouraged to apply)
