Job Purpose
Become the Learning Partner for business teams to conceptualize, understand , articulate, influence, design and deliver learning interventions specific to the business strategy and goals
Roles & Responsibilities
- manage the Learning portal
- manage the availability of content on the system
- take the responsibility of resolving system issues and ensuring that there are no access issues
- manage the MIS and data for training
- coordinate the logistics of trainings including booking of venue, food arrangement, travel arrangements
Secondary Responsibilities
- Ability to identify external training programs and conferences
- Have undestanding of Learning Systems and Application
- Able look at data and create dashboards and MIS
Key Success Metrics
- Efficient coordination with multiple stakeholders
- Accountability and responsibility of the task assigned
- Effective management data and technology portals with minimum guidance
