Role/Job Title: Associate Manager-L & D

Business: Human resources

Function/ Department: Learning & Development

Place of work: Mumbai BKC

Job Purpose

Become the Learning Partner for business teams to conceptualize, understand , articulate, influence, design and deliver learning interventions specific to the business strategy and goals

Roles & Responsibilities

  • manage the Learning portal
  • manage the availability of content on the system
  • take the responsibility of resolving system issues and ensuring that there are no access issues
  • manage the MIS and data for training
  • coordinate the logistics of trainings including booking of venue, food arrangement, travel arrangements

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Ability to identify external training programs and conferences
  • Have undestanding of Learning Systems and Application
  • Able look at data and create dashboards and MIS

Key Success Metrics

  • Efficient coordination with multiple stakeholders
  • Accountability and responsibility of the task assigned
  • Effective management data and technology portals with minimum guidance
