Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  1. Performance Monitoring s Reporting


  • Oversee the reporting and operational discipline of Team Coordinators (TCs) and Team Leads (TLs)
  • .Monitor and manage floor attendance, breaks, and productive hours across the Business Development department

  • .
    Identify bottom-quartile performers and implement structured corrective action plans in coordination with TCs and TL
  • s.Maintain and analyze floor performance reports across sales, QA, and CI metrics, and deriveactionable improvement plan
  • s.Support the implementation of new sales and operational strategies in coordination with SMEs,TCs, TLs, and the SalesManage
  • r.Facilitate cross-department coordination to ensure smooth execution of sales and fulfillment processe
  • s.Actively participate in daily huddles and drive the implementation of action items and strategies discusse
  • d.Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, compliance guidelines, and operational policies across the floo
  • r.Identify defaulters and performance gaps using available reports and implement targeted action plan
  • s.Coordinate and facilitate weekly LCD (Learning C Development) sessions based on performance gaps and QA feedbac
  • k.Oversee on-the-job training (OJT) and performance tracking of new joiner
  • s.Ensure QA feedback is translated into actionable improvements at the team and individual level
  • s.Conduct daily and weekly performance reviews with TCs, TLs, and team
  • s.Prepare and submit a weekly performance report to the Sales Manager, highlighting key metrics,issues, and actionplan
  • s.Identify gaps in conversion, communication, or process adherence and derive action itemsfor improvemen
