Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end content publishing process for the Corporate website using Drupal CMS, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with brand guidelines.
  • Partner with content, design, analytics, and IT teams to execute web updates, microsites, and campaign landing pages with speed and precision.
  • Establish and enforce governance around templates, components, metadata, and SEO tagging to ensure scalable and sustainable site management.
  • Monitor site performance and health: page load speed, uptime, accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1+), and mobile responsiveness, in partnership with IT and infrastructure teams.
  • Implement operational best practices for QA, release management, and change tracking, including documentation of all site updates.
  • Coordinate with analytics teams to ensure accurate tagging and effective performance tracking for digital campaigns and experiences.
  • Contribute to ongoing CMS enhancements and participate in roadmap discussions around Drupal upgrades, integrations, and new digital features.
  • Maintain an organized content calendar and ensure updates align with campaign priorities and corporate messaging.
  • Train and support internal stakeholders on web publishing standards, workflows, and CMS functionality.
  • Stay current with industry trends in web operations, SEO, CMS technology, and accessibility compliance to drive continuous improvement.

  • Accessibility and SEO compliance scores
  • Accuracy and timeliness of content updates
  • Reduction in publishing errors / QA defects
  • Stakeholder satisfaction with web delivery quality
Required Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience managing CMS-based web operations for large, global organizations.
  • Hands-on experience with Drupal CMS (required) familiarity with HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
  • Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, accessibility standards (WCAG), and website performance optimization.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent updates and projects in a structured, deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders - marketing, IT, design, and analytics.
  • Experience with translation management systems (TMS) or machine translation tools.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, documentation discipline, and process orientation.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have)
  • Experience with other CMS frameworks (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, or Headless CMS).
  • Knowledge of web analytics platforms (Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics, Looker Studio).
  • Familiarity with accessibility tools and testing frameworks.
  • Exposure to DevOps or Agile delivery environments.
  • Experience managing agency or vendor relationships for web development.
