Description
We are seeking an Associate Technical Delivery Manager to join our team in India. This role is critical in ensuring the successful delivery of technical projects while managing client expectations and maintaining high standards of quality.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop Java services, including microservices and REST, using Javascripts
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of frameworks like Spring Boot, and database layers such as iBatis, Hibernate, etc.
- Focus on configuring complex client Splunk deployments and configurations to meet specific project requirements.
- Proficiency in Java, Hibernate, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, SOAP, REST web services, microservices, SQL queries, and build tools like Ant and Maven is a must.
- Previous experience working on projects from scratch, with a preference for those involving big data.
- Required skills- MySQL, MSSQL, PHP 8, Linux, HTML5/CSS3, Javascript - jQuery, Node.js
- Nice to have experience with -SCORM, Rustici, e-learning, AWS, Websockets, FFMPEG, Jwplayer, 3rd party API integrations (twilio), networking / DNS, Cron jobs
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 6-10 years of experience in project management or technical delivery roles.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
- Proficient in project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering solutions on time and within budget.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
