Key Responsibilities
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the client's constructive point of contact for digital management matters.
- Maintain frequent contact with clients to foster strong, long-term relationships.
- Address client queries promptly and effectively.
- Identify new opportunities, manage existing clients, and contribute to business growth.
Digital Strategy & Campaign Execution
- Suggest, design, and implement digital strategies and projects to increase ROI for assigned brands.
- Plan and present monthly, quarterly, and bi-annual campaign plans.
- Ensure campaign deliverables meet requirements and exceed expectations.
- Conceptualize and execute project and campaign requirements in collaboration with internal teams.
Content Management & Monitoring
- Act as a gatekeeper for content posted on all channels; review and edit posts for accuracy, brand voice, and standards.
- Curate and manage all published content.
- Monitor social media buzz and oversee social listening vendors and reporting solutions.
Performance Measurement & Optimization
- Set and monitor KPIs measuring the impact of digital media strategies.
- Analyze, review, and report on campaign effectiveness.
- Proactively guide teams in adapting to changes within online media networks.
Team Leadership & Development
- Manage, guide, and train immediate team members, including Digital Media Executives and Senior Digital Media Executives.
- Overcome critical challenges with precision and efficiency.
Additional Responsibilities
- Liaise with third-party vendors, influencers, and partner firms for campaigns and projects.
- Stay updated on digital trends and implement new techniques for ongoing campaigns.
- Participate in SEO, tech, media, ORM, research, and e-commerce initiatives as required.
- Attend and oversee coverage during on-ground events and workshops.
