Associate

We are looking for lawyers with focused experience in one or more of the following areas: Corporate M&A, Tech Employment Regulatory, and Corporate Transactions. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling transactions with minimal supervision.

This is a full-time, on-site role based at our Bengaluru office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal representation, advice, and services to clients.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, transaction documents, and regulatory filings.
• Conduct legal research and analysis across corporate, real estate, technology employment, and related regulatory matters.
• Participate in team meetings, client calls, and case discussions.
• Assist in structuring and closing complex transactions.
