Job Title: Associate HR Executive/HR Executive
Experience: 1 to 4 Years
Location: Baner/Hinjewadi, Pune
Shift time: Monday to Friday, 12 PM to 9 PM
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end onboarding, including NDA, Appointment Letters, Code of Conduct, and all joining documentation
• Conduct HR induction sessions to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires
• Ensure completion and sign-off of induction forms from all relevant stakeholders
• Collect, analyze, and share insights on candidate interview experience feedback
• Create, maintain, and update employee files (digital and physical) with high accuracy and confidentiality
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company policies and compliance standards
• Re-structure and align employee KRA/KPI frameworks with business objectives
• Ensure completion of quarterly PMS ratings.
• Monitor PMS progress, follow up with stakeholders, and support reporting and analysis
• Collaborate end-to-end with the development team—from requirement gathering and wireframe creation to final implementation of enhancements and new features
• Ensure governance, accuracy, and quality standards in PMS processes in line with ISO and CMMI guidelines
• Identify and categorize low, mid, and high performers, and share insights
• Drive succession planning by partnering with stakeholders to identify successors across the organization and develop Individual Development Plans (IDPs) to support employee growth and readiness
• Lead employee engagement and recognition programs to enhance employee morale
• Review and update HR policies and documentation in alignment with ISO and CMMI standards
• Ensure audit readiness by maintaining accurate documentation and facing internal and external audits

• Experience across the complete employee lifecycle
• Exposure to ISO/CMMI audit processes
• Experience in employee engagement initiatives, events, and recognition programs
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS tools
• Experience with HR analytics and dashboards
• Understanding of labor laws, statutory requirements, and HR compliance
