About the Role
We're looking for a highly driven and hands-on Associate Growth Manager to join our fast-paced team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving problems, thrives in ambiguity, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves to get things done. You'll play a key role in defining and executing growth initiatives, go-to-market strategies, and ensuring our most critical projects move forward with speed and measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Program Execution: Lead high-impact growth and GTM (Go-To-Market) initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
- Data & Dashboards: Build, maintain, and analyze dashboards and reports to track KPIs, campaign performance, and overall business health. Translate insights into action
- Growth & Experimentation: Support rapid testing and iteration through pilots, A/B tests, and data-driven experimentation to identify new growth opportunities
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teamsincluding marketing, product, sales, and operations. Align stakeholders and drive momentum across initiatives
- Hands-on Execution: Get into the weedsmanage timelines, work with data, and follow up on critical items. Be ready to do whatever it takes to move the needle
What We're Looking For
- 03 years of experience in growth, GTM, program management, or business analysispreferably in high-growth or startup environments
- A strong bias for action and a get-things-done mindset
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, with the ability to interpret and work with data effectively
- Basic knowledge of SQL for data querying and analysis
- Strong communication and coordination skills; able to drive alignment across teams
- A growth mindsetyou constantly question the status quo and seek ways to improve and optimize
